Inclusion Mentor

My role includes building positive relationships with pupils and families. I act as a role model who promotes our school values, attitudes and good pupil behaviour. My daily routine sees me supporting pupils with interactions and working cooperatively with others, ensuring the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils within the classroom.

I also facilitate positive, healthy and happy playtimes.

My role involves working individually or with groups of children to help raise self esteem and confidence with a view to improve their personal, social and emotional skills.
